LIMITED WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM

Thank you for choosing to register the warranty for your Porta-Dock, Inc. product. Submit the Limited Warranty Registration form below to begin the quick registration process.

Porta-Dock, Inc. Manufacturing Company warrants Dock and Lifts of its manufacture. The warranty provides that the equipment shall be free of defective materials and workmanship. We will agree to replace or repair, at our factory, any parts that our inspection shows to be defective under normal use with in fifteen (15) years on aluminum structures.

All products, materials & coatings not manufactured by Porta-Dock, Inc., will be warranted by Porta-Dock, Inc., for a period of one year. Warranties beyond that first year, will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty program.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, damage by ice, alterations, overloading, improper installation or remodel, accident, weather or acts of God.

Porta-Dock, Inc. shall be notified immediately in writing, of any defects and buyer should get prior warranty authorization. Any part shipped to the factory shall be shipped prepaid, and will be returned F.O.B. Dassel, MN.

Porta-Dock, Inc. Manufacturing Company does not assume responsibilities for shipping, labor or travel expense. In no event shall Porta-Dock, Inc. be liable for consequential damages.

To receive credit on warranty work that you have performed on Porta-Dock’s products, you must file a dealer warranty claim with Porta-Dock, Inc. We require that you, the dealer, fill out this form completely and upload copies of any paid bills that pertain to this warranty. You must return all defective merchandise to Porta-Dock (unless otherwise notified by Porta-Dock, Inc.), freight prepaid, in order to receive credit on that merchandise. All parts returned for this claim must be tagged with an authorization number and returned with this form. All warranties in excess of $100.00 must be authorized by the factory before work is started.
