How To Attach Additional Posts to a Truss Dock
Porta-Dock makes two additional post brackets that will accept round or square posts. The C113 bracket must be attached to the corner angles of the Truss Dock sections. Slide the bracket over the post. Unscrew the provided bolts from the bracket. Align the holes of the bracket with the holes in the corner angle of the section of dock needing an additional post. When the deck is set to your desired height, tighten the set screw on the post bracket. —— The C106 bracket can be attached anywhere along the side of the Truss Dock frame. Slide the bracket over the post. Unscrew the provided bolts and separate the flat piece from the bracket. Set your post in place along the side of the Truss Dock. Insert the bolts into the bracket and place the flat piece on the inside of the frame. Apply the provided washers and nuts to tighten the bracket hardware in place. When the deck is set to your desired height, tighten the set screw on the post bracket.
